Set Up: 8:30-9:30am Arranging canopies, tables, chairs, drink station, and trash cans.

Food: 9:00-10:15 Receiving food dishes as people arrive. Refrigerate/plug in as needed

Prep Picnic Area with Food & Fixins: 11:30-12:00 noon Transport all food, plates/cups/drinks & arrange on serving plates

Clean Up: ??approx 1:45-? Return all things (tables, canopies, and chairs)to proper places.
